Advanced Implant and Dental Education Global (AIDE Global) in San Jose & Campbell, CA is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide exceptional educational experiences to dental implant surgeons who wish to develop superior dental implant techniques. The origins of the center grew from implant chat groups and free webinars that gained a huge following during the initial COVID-19 lockdown of 2020. Courses held in different cities across the U.S. and Mexico offered everything from basic digital workflow topics to intensive five-day live surgery courses limited to 18 clinicians. Patients for these special courses are preselected with various levels of surgical complexity to match each participant’s skill level and performed at a free clinic. Today, the faculty has grown to 36 renowned implant dentists who teach courses grounded in the latest innovations and ethical models.

Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia as the first-generation son of immigrants, Dr. Aman Bhullar received his Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia. He completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University in Philadelphia. Since starting practice in 2004, Dr. Bhullar has dedicated himself to providing dentistry that embodies a high degree of clinical excellence with a healthy dose of compassion. To achieve this, he has completed over 2,000 continuing education hours with a focus on dental implants, oral surgery and IV sedation. After practicing dentistry in Canada for more than a decade, Dr. Bhullar and his family relocated to San Jose, where he practiced prior to building his new high-tech facility in San Jose & Campbell, CA.
Dr. Bhullar is the first dentist in the San Jose area to achieve prestigious Diplomate status from the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI/ID). The ABOI/ID mission is to certify individuals at the highest standards of competency in diagnosis, surgery and prosthetic treatment in the specialty of implant dentistry, and to ensure their current knowledge and skills for the safety of the public. Dr. Bhullar is also engaged in the medical research community and is the co-author of a research article on biofilm in dental unit waterlines, published in the Journal of Periodontology.
